Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email support@australianwade.com.au. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@australianwade.com.au with your order number and a photo so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
