Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation, then another email when your order ships with tracking.
Sometimes delays happen outside our control (carrier delays, extreme weather, peak periods). If that occurs, we will keep you updated.
Orders are invoiced and supplied based on available stock. Backorders are invoiced upon arrival.
Shipping (Australia)
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.
Local Delivery
We deliver between Surfers Paradise and Byron Bay. FREE local delivery is available with a low minimum spend that varies by postcode. Any fees or minimums are calculated at checkout. Where our Tweed warehouses can fulfil your order, you should receive your products within 2 working days. Otherwise, if stock needs to come from Brisbane, there will be a delay of at least 2 further working days. If you need your items urgently, please let us know.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand via our online checkout. If you are outside these regions, please contact us and we will confirm if we can arrange shipping.
International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email, email us at support@australianwade.com.au with your name and order number.
P.O. Boxes
Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. To avoid delays, please provide a physical street address where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email support@australianwade.com.au with your order number and a photo.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
